My car was scheduled to be ready for pick up on Friday and as I was making my way, I called to ensure it was ready. Well my car wasn't ready and I was told it would be ready the next morning and I would get a call. The office called me at 10am saying it was ready and what time I would be by to pick it up. I told her around noon and she said they were closing in an hour at 11am. I had to adjust my schedule accordingly and abruptly for this. The office called me at 2pm asking me which car rental I had returned! If the office closed at 11am, why was I getting a call at that time, and secondly, why was I being asked which rental I returned?! Shouldn't that information be on file?! Terrible customer service experience!
