While I am happy with the results, I did feel like I had to keep calling to get updates. And my car was kept longer than expected. I understand there was more damage than expected but the wrong parts kept being ordered which delayed the process more. Aside from that my car looks great and was cleaned.

From the very beginning of our meeting with your representative, Julissa, we were impressed with her knowledge, her explanations of the work to be done and her thoroughness. Throughout the time your company was doing the body work on my car, Julissa provided daily updates including the details of the work currently being done. When Julissa was kind enough to meet us on a Saturday so that we could pick up our car, we were very impressed with the workmanship and the outcome of the repairs. We would definitely recommend your company to our friends and family.

We would definitely use Caliber Collision again as well as recommend them to others. Julissa handled our repair from start to finish - including coming in on a Saturday when the shop was closed so we wouldn’t have to wait to pick up our car on Monday. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful answering any questions we might have. She provided regular updates as the work on our car progressed which we really appreciated. We were very impressed with her and the excellent work and detailing their staff did on our car.

We were very pleased with our experience at Caliber Collision on Brittmore Rd. Our contact at Caliber was Julissa and she was with us from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and provided almost daily updates for the work they were doing on my car. She answered any questions we had and even came in on a Saturday (when the shop is normally closed) so that we would not have to wait until Monday to pick up my car when the work was completed late Friday afternoon. The quality of the repair work and the cleanliness of my car upon pickup was excellent.
