We appreciated the text updates, letting us know when our car was going to be ready. And being able to pick up a rental and drop it off at your location is a great service that you provide. Great service and the repairs were done very well. They kept me up to date on when it would be completed…. And our car rental met us there for drop off and pickup…. Everything went great from start to finish! Debbie called me very promptly after talking with my insurance company to schedule my drop off. Bethany informed me every step of the way, her communication skills are top notch!! Will most definitely be using caliber collision for all my future repairs.

It was my first time being in one of these situations and the first time I have had to go to abody shop for car repairs. The most I've done is change my tires and oil at Walmart auto center. They people here were super nice and explained what needed to be done and kept me updated on the othrs of my car! Gd forbid I get into another situation like this but this would definitely be where I go!
