This particular Caliber location is wonderful! The receptionist was extremely kind, going above and beyond to answer questions accurately. Bethany was the representative that took care of us and she was also amazing! She called every day even when she didn’t have any new news. She kept us informed at every step along the way! I would definitely recommend this store!

Debbie and the gentleman (I think his name was Austin), were very nice, very professional, and knowledgeable! I was kept updated as how the repair was coming along. I would definitely use Caliber Collision for any future repairs and would recommend them to others!

I was a little upset that they started working on my car without talking to me first. When I dropped it off they said they would evaluate the damage and then call me. Which they did at 4:30 on Friday. I missed the call and then of course it was the weekend and they were closed. I called them first thing when they opened on Tuesday (Monday was Memorial Day) and was told by a staffer (who didn’t seem like she wanted to talk to me) that they had already started working on my car through the weekend. She said she would get me an update later that day and call or text me which she never did. The following day I got a call from someone different telling me my car would be ready the next day. The reception staff was exceptionally nice though!
