This is not a good look for caliber. My wife did not know any better and brought the vehicle home, but the tailgate repair is several millimeters off the rest of the quarter panels. I'm shocked this made it past their final quality control. I don't have time to take this back because we are very busy people, plus this is 130,000 mile car, so I'm not going to make a big stink about it. If I get some time next month maybe I'll swing by and see if they can even this out.

Not all the damaged we documented with our insurance agent was repaired. The rear of the car appears to have been ignored.

The repair was ready a few days earlier than expected that was great, but a little more notice would’ve been appreciated. They did a great job with the car. Also, I had a huge deductible. They might want to have mentioned that when I checked in the car that was an issue with my insurance company I was told it was a $200 uninsured driver deductible and then Caliber called me and said I would owe 1000. That was disappointing. I’m now disputing with Progressive. My suggestion would be when a customer checks in the car perhaps review charges first. When you walk in ..the lady at the desk immediately starts moving things at a quick pace. Maybe slow down just a bit … She does this every day all day, but the customer does not . that’s my feedback thank you so much!

I was very satisfied with the repairs done by Caliber. The level of detail provided by their team was excellent. They didn't miss a thing. Bethany was great to work with. She was courteous, knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They even got my truck back to me sooner than originally promised.
