The only issue I had was the call center. The headset and accent made it very difficult for me to understand And the cost but it was over $5k less than another shop

Ms. Debbie in the front with great and wonderful customer service. Mr. Darren with the same as Ms. Debbie, and also was very upfront and kept in communications with me about my vehicle. The Caliber Collission as a team came in at a clutch moment for me and words really can't explain how grateful and satisfied I am with the experience I had. Normally dealing with cars and getting them fixed you have to be a A-whole towards the Employees because they always be trying to get over on you. I didnt feel that way not 1 time being a customer here.

The team kept us updated along the way. I appreciated the customer service was everyone that I encountered at Caliber. Bethany is excellent. She's very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I also appreciated being able to leave my rental car there once I picked up my truck. I have used Caliber before and each experience has been positive.
