The color my bumper was painted doesn't match the color of the car.

I came in to have a rear bumper replaced that was damaged in a rear end accident. The bumper is a painted bumper. The color that they painted the new bumper isn't even close to the original color.

Appointment was made in Joplin. When we got there there we were told they were booked out too far to do it. Didn't understand why apt was even made. They took it to Springfield mo , 60 miles away to do repairs . We were originally told when we got the estimate it would take 3 to 5 days. It ended up being 9 days. All of that being said, we are happy with the repairs.

Calibur Collision was the best service I have ever experienced with a body shop! They went above and beyond! Lori at the front desk is so friendly and Dustin was a pleasure to work with! I had a better experience getting my truck repaired then I did buying it from the dealership! Thank you Calibur Collison for the professional job and customner service! I give 10 Stars!!!
