Lapita was knowledgeable and professional. She ensured that I was informed throughout the repair process. She was also very helpful in the arrangement regarding the rental car through Enterprise. Again, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and great with customer service and communication. Very happy I chose Caliber Collision. Would highly recommend their services. The repair was exactly as they determined at the initial inspection. Lapita was knowledgeable, professional and informative. I was kept informed throughout the process.
