Staff are very kind and helpful but my hood in the impact area the paint is cracked where it wasn’t repaired and the headlight didn’t match the other headlight and the led part didn’t work. I told them and they said that they are trying to make this right and are waiting back from the insurance. It’s been over a week and still waiting

They were very very good. My only complaint would be, I made an appointment to drop my car and it was two more days before it was worked on. I could have used my car those two days

My car looks wonderful, you can't tell there was ever any damage. Both Stacy and James were always so friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond to get me taken care of correctly and in a very timely manner. James made sure my car was up to top standard and they both were wonderful with working around my work schedule. They went above and beyond and made a commonly exhausting situation strees-free and easy.

The paint looks a little off. When I asked why it looked so ripple-y Jake said that’s just how it comes.

Jake didn’t remember which side of the car was worked on when he brought me out to look at the completed repair. I also asked him about the tire wheel well repair (that he pointed out needing repair when I dropped it off) and he acted like we had never had that conversation. After all this he told me a score of less than 9 on the survey would be a fail for him.
