I use caliber from west coast to here for my company and this is beyond disappointing

Went to get my truck knowing a part is still on backorder but the side window was not replaced yet charged insurance for it and dents and scratches still in door. 3400 quote and not Even half the work was done.

Side mirror is on back order so they said they did everything except that and let me pick it up. Driver door glass never replaced still damaged and driver door still has dings and scratches.
