The staff went above and beyond in their service. The tow company my insurance used 'misplaced' my truck and I would not have known for days had Lauri not followed up with me and found it at a third towing company's storage lot. John answered all my questions and offered good advice about a seperate issue with the truck. Would recommend 100%.

When I picked up the car after repair, the car looked great! As I drove I soon found that the radio would not turn on. I called Caliber and they said they would be happy to check it for me. They promptly found and replaced a fuse that had blown when reconnecting the battery. Great service!
