Tom is the man! This guy deserves a raise... or at least unlimited snacks in the break room. He kept me updated every step of the way, from what parts were being ordered to what had already been fixed.I never had to call asking, "So... what's the deal with my car?" because Tom was always one step ahead. The repairs turned out great, and the whole experience was way less stressful than I expected.

Great service!! Very personable!! great communication. I never once had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle. They always kept in contact and updated. I would definitely recommend others and if I have any future needs, I will definitely be returning to caliber collision on West sunshine.

Tom went out of his way to make sure my car was returned in the perfect condition that it looked before my wreck. Actually, it looked better. I felt they were considerate. Great with time always took my call. If I was finding out or checking on my car, the customer service was great. I'd suggest their company. In fact, I wish they just worked on cars instead of wrecked cars. Tom definitely though, did his job and made sure that I was a 100% satisfied by the end. They even went so far as to on the 2nd day after my wreck come to the business and they fixed the door so that I could open it, my driver door I'd like to say thank you.I appreciate you thank you tom
