Window and back glass replacement looked great. Tail light fixture was screwed on way too tight and bolt was stripped. Tail light was never changed even tho it was apart of the incident.

Assessor assumed the tail light was not apart of the incident even tho I said it was. Assessor said “looked like it had been broken for a while.” Had to send in proof to my insurance for the order to be put in. The bulb was never replaced, just the fixture.
