The Caliber team was really great to work with throughout the repair process. Tom was highly communicative, calling me weekly to give an update on the status of my repair. They also answered every question I had throughout the process, making sure I was well-informed and confident. They also worked with my rental car company directly to make sure the process was seamless from start to finish.
