Hello! Absolutely above and beyond service from the entire team. The shining star, I will say, is Tom whom helped me immensely. I was getting consistent and regular updates, as well as a projected timeline in regards to parts that needed to be shipped in and estimated detailing time frames. Not only that, but Tom knew I didn’t have a rental car for the projected 12-14 day repair so he made sure to do everything in his power to speed up the process; fix what they could in house so when the last part shipped in they could wrap this up. What could have almost two business weeks only took 5 days. Tom, and team, thank you!! What started with a zip tied bumper and bent steel frame ended up as a brand new looking vehicle due to your hard work! You guys rock!! Because of this amazing service I will be coming back if anything happens, but I have already been telling friends and family that Caliber Collision is the place to go. Guys at caliber were super friendly and clearly knowledgeable. Not only that, my fender and bumper were replaced, painted, blended, and put back together in less than 3 days all while other cars were in there too. Not to mention they gave me a solid detail before returning my vehicle. Couldn’t recommend enough!
