When I picked up my car the were supposed to make sure my car was safe to drive and they told me that my car sounded okay when they test drove it. When I had picked up my car and drove out of the parking lot it was making a loud scraping noise. Me and my boyfriend went to take off my tire to see if we could figure out the sound. When going to take off my lugnuts, all of them could come off my front tires by just twisting with my hand and I had lost one while driving. I could have lost a tire while driving because they didn't inspect my car to make sure it was safe to drive.
