The paint work and quality of service was amazing, but the truck just doesn’t look like it did when it was new. The panel that was repaired just doesn’t quite line up with the bumper like the non-damaged side does, and the clips still aren’t really sticking in place like they should. I get that it’s a compromise and things can’t be perfect, but it is a bummer that the repair doesn’t look as good as it could have.

Everyone from the receptionist to the manager I interacted with was great. They did a top notch job, from coordinating with my insurance, transportation from the shop, and regular updates on the progress. They actually finished my Honda Civic in less time than originally anticipated. I damaged the front and when I left their shop, it looked a little better than when I originally drove it off the car lot. I was only expecting front end work, but they even detailed my interior. This team exceeded my expectations.
