Elizabeth at 1573 W Republic is absolutely awesome in customer care. Please give her a raise for me! Overall the service and repair of my beloved vehicle is excellent and she looks brand new. These guys and gals, especially Lis, are amazing. I was in the hospital when someone hit my car in the parking lot. Liz coordinated so much between the insurance, and pride auto because they had to redo my ceramic coating, that it was easy. I didn’t have to make endless phone calls back and forth. They worked with my on getting it in and coordinating with the insurance and rental car. They checked in with my at least twice a week with updates, and my car looked brand new when I got it back. This place is the only place I will go for repairs from now on.

I would recommend them because Bob kept me informed when it was being delayed because of parts. He worked with the Insurance Company of the Individual who damaged my car by running into it. I didn't really have to do much he seemed to take care of the Insurance company. Getting me a Rental Car to drive while it was being repaired. I appreciate him taking care of all the Insurance issues. Thanks Bob!

As far as I can see they did a good job. But then I can't see under the car to see what was fixed. As far as the outside that I see looks great.

I just wish they have of returned the items from the trunk they put in my back seat. It was hard for me to take everything out and return it to my trunk.
