There are scratches on my new bumper, car does look like it was lightly detailed at all. The noise is no worse and happenes while I’m breaking along with just normal driving. They allowed me to pick up a car that’s not completely fixed! Super disappointed all around. Now I have to deal with taking it back and pay more money for a rental

Overall, hands down, the absolute best experience with a body shop I’ve ever had! The process was seamless! Excellent service from beginning to end. The associates in the office were amazing with their care, concern, communication skills and making sure that my car was perfect before I picked it up. Eddie was extremely helpful and was more than accommodating in assisting me with returning home after dropping off my car. Thank you to the whole team for being beyond fantastically amazing and making this experience as flawless as possible!!

For the most part I was very happy with customer service, I didn’t get any communication though of my estimate/repairs for approval and confirming that the work was starting on my car. I was only given communication following the repairs and into the paint phase and when it was time to pick up my car.
