I’m very impressed with Caliber Customer Service. When I left Caliber I initially had a minor insure with my repair. My driver side door had been impacted, and after the repair was finished the alignment was just off enough to sound funny. When asked for review, I gave an honest review mentioning my disappointment with this small issue. Within 20 minutes I was contacted by Caliber who said they’d pick up my car, fix the alignment, and return it to me immediately. Mistakes are normal, but how you respond to them is what’s important. I appreciate and respect the speed and professionalism of this response and repair. And my door sounds perfect now! You’ve won a new customer with this experience.

Because of the door issue, I’d likely suggest elsewhere. I’m not sure how common of an issue that is, but it’s something I’d like to avoid in future if possible.

I’m not sure what the expectation is normally with repairs, but there’s some good and some bad. Overall my door is fixed and the paint looks good, so the repair was mostly complete. The door makes a funny noise when opened, however, and it’s slightly unaligned with the other door. I also need to use extra force to make sure the door is actually closed now, as sometimes it’s slightly ajar. So it’s not as good as it could be.

I explained on 3 separate occasions that in addition to the outside damage to my car, the fuel gauge on the dashboard also stopped working in the crash. However the fuel gauge was not fixed when I got my car back.

The upfront pricing, the communication, the updates through the process were excellent. Their customer service from the beginning, very courteous, and attentive helping with the rental. Lastly, the popcorn seals the deal.
