I had a wonderful experience with Caliber. The Elmhurst team knew I was looking for a quick turn around due to holiday travel. They offered to tow my vehicle to St. Charles and return it after it was complete (free of charge) because that location would be a quicker turn around time. The St Charles team informed me when it would be done and actually finished ahead of schedule. When I dropped my vehicle off in Elmhurst, I was planning on taking an Uber or walking to my rental car close by Caliber. I can’t remember their names, but there was a wife that worked at the front and she had her husband give me a ride. They were wonderful. They really brightened up a frustrating situation. I work in an industry where excellent customer service is essential to retention and success and the husband/wife duo at your Elmhurst location are an asset to your brand.

I’m satisfied with the repair of my car; however your body shop have mice which got into my car and a lot of my candy bar and paperwork in my glove compartment and under my car seat eaten and chewed up.
