The car that got damaged was brand new (I had owned it for a month) and I was told they’d repair the bumper instead of replacing but that it would look brand new. It didn’t and they were great and ordered a new bumper and painted it but even without fully inspecting it I’ve found a few spots where the paint is spikey. I wish I didnt listen to your representative who told me I HAD to go to where your company wanted me to. Now that I know the law is that I have the choice of my own body shop; I would have done things differently.
