The only thing I did not like is chasing down what I had to pay rental car that is something that should be billed to you and you should get reimbursed from insurance company not me having to chase my money down

The windshield replacement & painting were very satisfactory!! I’m not happy the driver side inside plastic kick plate got very scratched up (should have been protected with plastic) but what everyone did for me there and how kind they were meant so much to this whole ordeal!
