While this Caliber shop was very helpful and friendly, One issue was that the shop was 10 or so miles from our home. I would prefer a closer body shop. Not convenient from a distance standpoint.

1. Clear decals had bubbles in them. Caliber is going to reapply them. 2. Also, l cannot get the work order sticker off the front windshield.

Receptionist should not be chewing gum while talking to a customer. I gladly noticed that the "tire pressure lite" was off when I picked up car! What was the problem? Otherwise, very, very happy.

Caliber worked very well with the insurance company to get everything they could covered under the insurance claim. Anything they could not get covered they gave me multiple options to be able to take care of those items as well. They kept me up to date regularly throughout the process to let me know how everything was going.
