Representative George was very unprofessional when questioned about the timeline for getting my vehicle back. Told my wife he didn't know what she was complaining about and to just relax, quit complaining. Told her he didn't know what she wanted from him etc. Seemed annoyed to be bothered and eventually she hung up b.c of his behavior towards her.
