You would have a 10, but I had to wait 6 weeks for a part. I know that it was out of your control, but had to pay out of pocket for my car rental for 2 weeks. Otherwise your work is great.

Everyone I came into contact with was super friendly and helpful. Amanda kept me updated with the progress. They handled getting me to the car rental place and took care of getting the car returned. The best part, the repairs were done in less than 2 days. I will definitely receive them to friends and family.
