Steve and his team at Caliber Collision were all WONDERFUL! I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. However, since I picked up my car on Friday, I have two concerns I'd like to talk with them about. I will call them when they open on Monday morning.

Christine was exceptional. She quickly pulled up my info, offered me a water while I waited for rental. Out the door in minutes and quickly began receiving text updates on status. Jorge was quick with updates and target completion date, parts updates, etc. Satisfied and would recommend. The repair checked out as well. I left a personal item on the rental key ring and Christine came out quickly to make sure it got back to me before I departed. Great service! -Ray
