Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Alyssa at the front desk and over the phone. Dave Sheffield was my service advisor and he was just that, an ADVISOR someone there to actually advise and help me. Usually with service advisors you have to be on guard especially as a woman because you know they are there to get the most out of you, not once was this the case with Dave. He wasn’t there just for a job, he really went above and beyond, I knew from the moment he introduced himself I was in good hands. He explained to me in detail everything when doing the walk around. What they’d be doing and why. He kept me updated twice a week, everything was done before promised, and he also made sure I was happy with my repairs. I was beyond pleased, couldn’t tell my vehicle had been in accident at all. I was so nervous but Caliber erased all of that and I had no worries throughout the entire process. I really did have a wonderful experience here and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you all!

Alyssa was very pleasant. Very helpful throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of. I really had an ease of mind about everything. I was nervous because I had never been in this situation before, rear ended and the insurance process of getting things fixed, etc. She answered all my questions I didn’t feel like I was bothering anybody
