I am very satisfied with the commitment to excellence CC takes in every job they do. Unfortunately, this is my 3rd time bringing my vehicle to them and they haven't disappointed yet. Their workmanship and customer service is top notch. Caliber Collision (Allenmore) is the only place I take my vehicles for body repairs.

Communication between caliber and mutual liberty was awful, which resulted in over a month delay in repairs and me having to burned through 1 month of rentals (understandably it was also the insurance company fault). Once the repairs initiated, caliber worked pretty fast, except the results were terrible. They stated the wind storm caused my door to swing open and put a dent and chipped in paint, which I have to bring it back for a repair/paint. They stated they replaced a brand new inner console from the vandalism, but it was the original part just pushed back into place (which was not put together properly there was a huge noticeable gap). They stated they went to a professional detailing company, but the smells were awful, stains were still there and parts of the inside were left uncleaned. The trunk was fixed, but makes creaking noise. They tried to shine most of the inside of the car to the point that it was so slippery to press on the gas. (Note, I was awarded this car during my divorce from my ex spouse after not having possession or seen this car for years so I received this car in a terrible conditions, but I was hopeful it would be fixed up nicely. I was pretty much made to sign the forms before I could see the car and inspect thoroughly).

Rylee did an amazing job of keeping me updated every step of the way. The team was super efficient at working with the rental car agency as well. The team overall did an amazing job on my car and it looked perfect when it was finished. Overall I highly recommend this shop and the service they provided.
