I "truly appreciate" Brian, and Megan, at the 12th Street location in Tacoma. They were both "very" pleasant. I had a minor car accident. The day I took my car to the body shop was the day before I was to attend my sister's funeral. I had sooo much on my mind. But the warm smiles and kindness from both Brian and Megan really helped me to feel better. The process of checking in my car was smooth and the shop kept me updated throughout the car repair process. If I need any future car repairs, or anyone that I know, I will most definitely return, and refer these kind folks at Caliber. Thank you so much.
