They messed up getting my rental. Then told me my car would be done Friday and it’s wasn’t done tell Monday. And then when I got it back there is scratches and marks all over the new parts.

They messed up getting me a rental car. I had to wait 5 hours from when I dropped my car off and then had to find my own ride to get it. They told me it would be done Friday and it wasn’t done tell Monday. Then when we picked it up there was scratches and marks all over the brand new bumper piece. I had to point it out to them. They told me they had to order a new bumper. Now I have to take it back in to replace that part and no offer of getting a rental or anything so I will be without my car for 3 hours while they fix it. Very inconvenient. Will not be using caliber again.
