My Experience

First...we were completely satisfied with the repair work done on the car! However, what could have gone wrong with the communication side of the experience DID in fact seem to happen. In the end it took the district manager's intervention to make the end game work! However, we can understand that communication is a training issue and does not impact the workmanship component of the repair job. So would I have Caliber do future work for us....I would have to say yes.
