I would recommend they go to shop but avoid the first advisor. I would tell them to start with a manager because he was great.

My first experience with the advisor was terrible. When I drove to the shop on Friday he refused to give me an estimate even tho the shop was empty. When I came back on Monday he was rude and augured with me about what damage would be covered. When I asked for the general manager he was extremely apologetic and great to work with. He saved the experience.

I wish I had been told early on that the paint used in my car would prevent me from being able to go through a car wash for 90 days. Perhaps there was another option?
