The whole experience was very frustrating. We've had extremely good luck with the Caliber Collision in Lake Oswego, Oregon but the Tacoma facility did not measure up.

Communication was not great. Completion date was delayed 4 times. Took over a month for repairs. Took over three weeks once quarter panel wad reveived. On two occasions the manager said he would call but did not. First was said to have family emergency. Second time did not call to confirm pickup date as I was told by him that he would do.

I was kept up to date on the progress of my repair and was pleased at how well they were able to match the holographic glitter in the paint on my car. My car looks as if nothing had ever been damaged.

The receptionist was very nice but they guy Who did my estimate was very pushy and rude. I almost didn’t want to even get my repair done at the shop after meeting him the first time.
