From start to finish my experience with Caliber Collision was amazing!! I appreciated all the updates. I was very pleased to have my vehicle back earlier than the estimated finish date. I felt at ease the whole time I was without my vehicle as I knew it was being taken care of with great service. When I was able to pick my car up I was very pleased with how clean it was. The overall experience made me feel like I was an actual valued customer vrs some places came make you feel like your just a check. Thank you all for your exceptional customer service! I appreciate it so much.

Extremely satisfied with the service. The team took the time to explained identified issues and damages. They repaired the vehicle to my expectation. Vehicle looks like nothing ever happened and felt reliable on the road. Their lifetime warranty in their work is reassuring and would be glad to work with that specific shop again. Mr. Alex was very professional and kept me informed during entire process.

The car looks fantastic. I appreciated all of the communication during the process. It’s not uncommon that you dropped your car off at the shop and never hear Until it’s complete, it took some of the stress away.

My new front bumper that they replaced , the paint was nicked & they still put it on without fixing it, so I had to go back, if they fixed it correctly I wouldn't be going through this, I would not recommend u guys at all, the manager is not friendly at all, I feel she should of reached our to me but she didn't, tell her to smile, it's free!!!

When my repairs were half done, I had to ask them what was done, I was recommended by the Nissan dealer to get my repairs done with Caliber Collision I guess because I bought my car there, would never go back!!!
