The process was a lot easier than I thought it would be. They coordinated with the insurance of the person who hit me and I basically didn’t have to do anything to get repairs started. They gave me a two week estimate for work to be done and completed the work on time. My car looks brand new. They even vacuumed and washed it. I would highly recommend them again..

Although the staff was very nice, the wait was way too long and the pickup date of my vehicle kept changing last minute which was very stressful. Originally geico quoted me 4 days for repair which turned into 11 which turned into 16.
