The local Caliber shop got me the part and delivered it to my house even though Carvana’s warranty company did not cover the part after Carvana instructed me to take it to Caliber. I paid for the part myself and the local shop took care of me as the car is out of state and they could not install it at this time. I will definitely use that shop when my son gets home from law school with the car.
