Pleased that Andrew kept me posted by phone contact. Pleased with the front desk who were polite and listened well and responded adeptly when I sought more information. Pleased that when I came to pick up my car it was parked in front and looked like it had been through a professional carwash. Disappointed that at pick up I discovered the air bag light was lit on the dashboard when I started the engine. I had to wait an additional hour because it needed to be reset.
