Fantastic customer service from Caliber. Randal kept us informed if the progress of our vehicle every stepmom the way. It was ready on time and was repaired correctly. I work on cars myself and am very picky about overspray, color matching, and pretty much every mother detail if a repair. Caliber had nailed it for us twice. I don't think it was luck. It is hard work and attention to detail from the top down. Great job!

Eric, my rep. was very caring to keep me updated about my car repairs. The rest of staff was equally as helpful. I give high regards to this place. My car damage was over 4,000 but looked brand new when I got it back.

Quick repair job, everyone there was very friendly, courteous and professional. The only feedback I have is that a few times I called, I was on hold for a very long time (over 5 minutes) and then the phone was disconnected (on your end). When I called the same number back, I got a fax signal. When I tried a third time, the line was busy. It was a bit frustrating, as the hold time was long several other times I called. But other than that, I was completely satisfied with the excellent service!
