I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Caliber Collision. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle to the day I picked it up, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The quality of the repair was excellent. My vehicle looked flawless when it was returned, and it was obvious that the team took great care in their work. Even better, they completed the repair ahead of schedule and had my car ready a full day earlier than promised. One thing that really stood out was their communication. I received frequent text updates throughout the process, and David personally reached out with updates on parts, repair progress, and the expected completion time. I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle. I also appreciated the little things that they did without ever mentioning them. My car was returned exceptionally clean and shiny. It was already fairly clean when I brought it in, but they clearly took the extra step to make sure it looked its best. To me, those unexpected touches say the most about a company's commitment to customer service. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. I would rate my satisfaction with the customer service as a 10 out of 10. Every person I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. In fact, my first interaction with Caliber occurred before I had even decided to have my vehicle repaired there. I arrived just after 5 PM on a Friday hoping to receive a preliminary estimate for my insurance company. Although Jesse was clearly busy and had a full workload, he kindly took the time to help me and prepared a quote for me. He had no obligation to go above and beyond at that moment, but his professionalism and willingness to help made a lasting impression. Thank you, Jesse. From the moment I walked into the shop, I had a great impression of the company. The employees wore clean Caliber Collision polo shirts and professional workwear, and even those simply passing through the reception area acknowledged customers with a smile, greeting, or nod. It was a small gesture, but it reflected a culture where customers are genuinely valued. The reception and waiting area was exceptionally clean, and even the front lawn was well maintained. These small details gave me confidence that Caliber pays attention to quality in everything they do. The receptionist was engaging, friendly, and helpful, and the complimentary Peet's Coffee, Swiss Miss hot chocolate, and tea selection were thoughtful touches. Having lived in Japan for many years, I was reminded of the world-class customer service culture found there. Caliber demonstrated the same attention to detail, respect, and commitment to making customers feel completely at ease. That level of peace of mind goes a very long way for me. David P., the estimator listed on my repair quote, was instrumental in guiding my entire customer experience from start to finish, and he was exceptional. Before the repair began, he carefully explained the various repair options and documented every existing scratch and dent, including very minor imperfections. One detail that really stood out to me was his communication and follow-through. He typically called me in the morning, but since I am often unavailable for personal calls during that time, he thoughtfully left a voicemail and made sure to follow up later in the afternoon. This small gesture demonstrated that he respected my time and genuinely cared about making the process convenient for me. Later, he called to explain the bumper replacement, reassuring me about the quality of the aftermarket component and the paint matching. When I picked up my vehicle, he reviewed the completed work with me, consulted the original inspection diagram, and ensured that I was completely satisfied before I left. I also appreciated that there were absolutely no annoying upsells or unnecessary recommendations. That was refreshing. The price quote was very reasonable, especially considering another repair shop quoted approximately 47% more for the same work. Overall, the entire operation felt like a well-oiled machine. There was no waste, no hassle, no uncertainty, only professionalism and satisfaction. Combined with the excellent text updates, early completion of the repair, flawless workmanship, and the unexpected touch of returning my vehicle exceptionally clean and shiny, Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations. Lukas was a pleasure to work with. I found him to be professional, polite and knowledgeable. After dropping my car off on Monday, June 9, I was expecting to pick it up on Friday, June 12. Lukas was able to have the car ready one day earlier. This was a great surprise. In closing, my experience with Lukas and the team at Caliber Collision could not have been better.

Andrew was an impeccable advisor throughout the process -- no question unanswered, no detail ignored, and an attention to detail and communication that made an otherwise unfortunate auto collision experience less stressful than I could have hoped for. Very grateful and happy with the level of service and quality of repair from your team -- thank you! Additionally, it must be mentioned and highlighted, the young woman on staff who handles reception duties (and overall front-of-house responsibilities) is incredibly warm, patient, and wonderful with your clientele. Not everyone is delighted to be at the collision repair facility given the circumstances, but she softens the edge of the situation which brings us to you.
