There were a couple of minor chips on the inside of the passenger front door. I believe that this happened when the door had to be removed. However, the paint job was perfect.

Paint was blended well but I don’t like the way the door opens and closes. I have to slam it shut otherwise it doesn’t close all the way.

Dan from Valley City seemed so compassionate about my concerns and I truly appreciated that. The employees at the Brookpark location were also amazing and told me to come in right away when I called and asked about my car being fixed. Two amazing locations with caring people who made my first accident a breeze. It was a relief to know my car (that means a lot to me) was in good hands.

I never heard a single thing from my insurance company (Progressive) during my claim, BUT I heard from Dan at Caliber many times. He was the silver lining throughout this process, always keeping me informed throughout the process and going above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on and what to expect. Caliber is lucky to have Dan! Give that man a raise! I work from home and missed his calls many times but that’s my own fault - he was very communicative with myself and my boyfriend when I wasn’t available, and turned an awful life experience into an easy one.
