I found my experience with Caliber Collision to be excellent, both in customer service and technical expertise! My representative, Marcus was highly knowledgeable and most helpful in creating a repair plan for repair of my daughter’s older Toyota. What I appreciated the most was his “can do” positive personality and total transparency of the cost and time involved for the repair. And he delivered-even a day earlier than expected! I would highly recommend this shop for my friends and family.

The service was friendly and efficient. There was constant communication during the repairs. I felt like the staff cared about me and my vehicle - down to the last detail on the repair: new replacement parts, painting, decorative stickers. Would definitely go back.
