Not happy with painting. Primer is showing and there are bubbles in the paint. Wipers were removed and not tightened down properly

My 1st experience with caliber collision was great. I especially appreciate the exceptional customer service that they provided it took the worry out of the whole situation. I had a rental car waiting and I was kept up to date with the process of the completion of the repairs. I would highly recommend caliber collision. I give them all a 10. Thank you for everything. Mikaile and Tracy went above and beyond with their service. I was really distraught the day I dropped off our Kia but they assured me they would take care of us and they truly did. I’ve never had better service and they definitely deserve promotions and lunch! I could go on and on about the staff here, they were all truly amazing. 10/10!!!

The only thing I experienced when I first went is no one recognized me when I came in and The person after me was helped first. I was in no rush so it didn’t bother me. Overall, customer service was great. I didn’t have to do anything. Felt kid red carpet.

He was very curtious when I showed him what needed to be fix. He was able to give me a discount on a part that had I had purchased in getting my deductible as a result of that. That made me very happy.

Expectations were communicated and properly set during meeting between service manager and customer at the start of the repair experience. Work was completed exactly as described by Caliber Collision personell. New paint looks great, other repairs were completed properly, and everything was completed in a timely manner; my car looks great and feels new again! The Caliber Collision employees kept me informed by communicating regularly through the duration of repair process. Caliber Collision was also flexible and understanding about my unusual work schedule, which made the experience easier and is appreciated.
