I like the text updates as to what stage of repair my vehicle was in and expected completion date. I also like that they listened to my concerns about past repair experiences and made an exstra effort to make sure there were no problems. The repair looks great, can't tell it was ever wrecked.

I was a little disappointed with the scratches that were on my trunk latch that weren’t there prior and the door and panel were not lined up correctly. So I will be returning to have those matters addressed.
