I only wished other body shop were diligent, quick and convenient. Caliber collision we’re on point and took immediate action and worked on my vehicle immediately. Dropping my vehicle and picking it up the very next day is unheard of. The job was excellent and the service was professional. I would recommend caliber anytime! Todd, Destiny, and other employees were cordial, service oriented, knowledgeable , and efficient. These people can be described with a whole list of positive attributes but the best evidence would be that I would go to them if I needed to again in a heartbeat.

My weather may from my trunk was missing and the car was extremely dusty inside upon return.

On Tues, 1/28 at about 1pm, I arrived to drop off my rental and pick up my car. The receptionist helped me and informed me that there were no estimators around to help as they were all at lunch. I think she informed a manager but no one ever came out to help. I sat for 30 minutes waiting for help - all I wanted was to get my car and leave. I could tell the receptionist was doing everything she could and she felt frustrated. Ultimately, she had someone bring the car around, she walked me out, took my rental keys, and sent me on my way. No one ever reviewed the repairs with me. I’m very disappointed with the service at pickup. How can all of the estimators be allowed to leave at the same time? Other than the pickup experience, everything else was good - frequent updates and timely repair.

Everyone was at lunch when I came to pick up. Sat for 30 minutes waiting. Ultimately, receptionist helped me. Thus, no one reviewed the repairs with me - I just looked at the repair with the receptionist and left.
