Brett is a great dude! Always gives great customer service. It's easy to tell that he cares a great deal about customers and their vehicles. Our vehicle has been hit 3 times in the last 8 months (never our fault). The repairs have been prompt and well done. They are very communicative and keep the customer up to date on each step of your repair. I highly recommend.

Great experience with Caliber Collision. They estimated taking up to 5–7 days but had my wife’s minivan done in 3. Repair is flawless—can’t even tell there was a rock chip, paint match is perfect. Customer service was excellent. They were friendly, honest, and made everything easy. They arranged a ride to Enterprise for the rental and even handled returning it when I picked up the van, which was a huge help with three young kids and car seats. Overall, fast turnaround, great work, and zero hassle on my end. Would definitely use them again.
