We were extremely pleased and satisfied with caliber collision and especially with Kristy our service representative. She kept us informed all the time and we had nothing, but we have nothing but great things to say about caliber collision about a year ago. We had another accident and we had our car repaired by collision and we got such great service from them then that that’s why we insisted on coming back to caliber nothing but highest praise for caliber collision and your particular shop and a staff Number 10 all the way

The job was done fast but multiple plastic tabs are missing. Waiting for a response to get the job done. Plastic molding on truck bed is just loose due to missing tab. Still need that fixed for job to be done.

The folks at Caliber were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I was able to have full confidence in them handling my vehicle as well as they would their own. An insurance claim was the unfortunate circumstance that brought me in, but the treatment I recieved and the quality of the work done ensures I will be back there for any future needs. I've already recommended them to a family member.

Being in a car accident is scary and having to trust a body shop to repair your vehicle is hard especially when you aren’t sure who to call or where to go. I felt comfortable handing my vehicle over to Caliber Collision especially after having all my questions and concerns answered before, during and after the repairs. A small area had to be redone but overall I was extremely happy with the repairs done to my vehicle.
