The folks at Caliber were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I was able to have full confidence in them handling my vehicle as well as they would their own. An insurance claim was the unfortunate circumstance that brought me in, but the treatment I recieved and the quality of the work done ensures I will be back there for any future needs. I've already recommended them to a family member.

Being in a car accident is scary and having to trust a body shop to repair your vehicle is hard especially when you aren’t sure who to call or where to go. I felt comfortable handing my vehicle over to Caliber Collision especially after having all my questions and concerns answered before, during and after the repairs. I’m extremely thankful in how Caliber Collision treated myself and my vehicle. They all have shown that they take pride in their work and that they care about the customers as well as the vehicle they fix.

A small area had to be redone but overall I was extremely happy with the repairs done to my vehicle. I was very pleased that even before the work began all my questions were answered and even though the process I was updated on all steps. People keep running into me. I like people but I wish they'd stop running in to me. Since 2010 when I retired Caliber Collision was there. They would fix and repair my vehicles like new. 4 separate times. This last time was no exception. Thanks Marcus. Professional service from them, each time.
