Caliber was great at keeping me and my insurance informed. They made sure I knew the process and that if I had questions I could call or come by anytime and they will answer my questions. They even washed and vacuumed my car after the repairs were finished as well as finished days before they thought they would. I really thank them because at this stressful time they made it real easy and my car looks like new.
