Wasn't satisfied with the speed or quality of check in. I rarely got updates after making several calls. And was waiting "for parts" then got notice of car being totaled. What we were waiting for should have been discussed with us instead of lied about.

The quality was good and the timing was quick but it seemed like things were taken care of in the details, and with vehicles those things are why it’s getting fixed, especially when you’re paying someone to fix it and you know they can. It seemed like at times, they didn’t want to have to spend on getting it completed as needed. Also, it’s frustrating as a customer to have to notice things and then you have to go through the hassle of letting someone know and maybe even being without your vehicle for an even longer amount of time.

For the most part there were big things taken care of, but there were small scratches that didn’t get taken care of, then some other paint stuff, and then a chip in the paint by the door, that wasn’t there when I initially turned in the car.
